Complaint Details
As per the annual service contract, service had to be done once in a quarter. However after repeated calls to the centre no one has come to service the stove. The contract expires on 23rd august 2019. After repeated attempts , someone visited in the first week of july and performed some service and charged for a few parts. A followup visit was due. One month of repeated calls to get the service complete is in vain. No one has visited yet.
