E-mail sent to Wasan Motors on 04 July 2017 with copy of Tata Motors Customer Care

On 23rd Sept 2016 I paid you Rs 988.00 with my ICICI Debit Card for taking off the 4 wheels of my TATA Indica Xeta MH-03-AF-3697 for inspecting the brakes. I was informed that the hub had worn off (rusty) and needed replacement.

I was further informed that the parts were not in ready stock and hence I was requested and paid an advance of Rs 2,020.00 with my ICICI Debit card.

Because of the delay by Wasan Motors

I swiped my IDBI Debit card at Wasan Motors, Kandivali West at 17:02 Hrs for Rs 25,833.00 on 21 July 17 as repair charges as per their receipt 2169 dated 21 July 2017.

The original estimate in Sept 2016 was for around Rs 10,000.00 because of the delay by your dealer Wasan Motors I had to pay over Rs 25,000.00 to repair the vehicle.

Please advise me on HOW to RECOVER the excess money charged by Wasan Motors Pvt Ltd.
