Complaint Details
I am a consumer of Reliance Digital TV (Big TV) bearing Smart Card No. 200898599295. Due to defect in the Smart Card, the same changed during 2015. The changed Smart Card No. is 201531262646.
I have registered a complaint to customer care on 13/4/2017 regarding defect of SET TOP BOX. The Customer care staff told me that a new SET TOP BOX will be issued very soon at free of cost. But no replacement made till the end of June 2017. But the complaint is closed at the end of June 2017.
Again I have registered same complaint on 02/7/2017. The customer care staff given same reply that a new SET TOP BOX will be issued soon. But no progress till date.
In case they are not in a position to replace the defective SET TOP BOX, necessary orders may please be issued to close the connection and to refund the amount to me.
