Complaint Details
My order No is Order # 408-1195911-2781906 I received my Moto G play order last month, due to non working of touch, I returned back. Again, I received my same phone on July 31st. Due to my unavailability at home, I could not check the till 12th August. I came to know that memory slot is not working. I called Amazon customer care and seeking for help. He said, this is against our policy, the return request should be initiated before 12th August. May I ask you one question, I could I know about a phone that is not working before seeing it?. If your policy is not bending for customers,If I am the victim, What you have taken steps to punish the dealer?
