Complaint Details
Dear Sir/Madam,

First of all I said I am fan of VU TV, because my entire relation having this VU TV (32”) from oct-2016 and I only bought 40” VU TV through Flipkart.

I am not accepted below Mr.Logeswaran reason of Physical damage of my TV.
Because I am going for office in morning 7am and back to evening 6pm,
In morning TV working good and I switched of my tv through remote first and then switch of my main power and then closed of all doors, windows, etc,
Note: there is no person inside house because my entire family gone to native place more than months and I am only staying in house.

On July 3rd evening, when switch on TV, I got display error (see attached first file).
That day night I called customer care number 1-800-228-455 and I got whatsapp no. 9322999917.
Then next day (July 4th) I sent my pictures to that whatsapp number.

Yesterday, your service person came to my house (You please check with him there is no person in house) and open door and he checked tv and he said it’s a physical damage.
I asked there is no person inside house then how should happen and he simply said it’s physical damage. repeated again & again.

Then I am asking if psychical damage means, please show me any impression on tv and he is not accepting my words and he said again it’s physical damage.

My question is
1. In a closed house how it will happen a physical damage?
2. Incase this is physical damage, then where is impression on TV (your service engineer didn’t find any single minor dot on tv)
3. Why it should not a manufacture fault? (or) TV Problem?
4. How you confident on your TV and I have same confident on this is not a physical damage (100% Sure).

I request you to please consider my words and it’s coming from my heart (it’s truth).

This is first TV I am purchased in after 34 years. Before we don’t have any TV.

So, please investigate once again my case and please do the needful.
Incase if you not accepting this is not cover under warranty, then I am really say sorry to you, I am going for consumer court and this is my final decision.
