I Ordered A Samdisk OtG Pendrive FroM Flipkart On 12th Of Augest 2017 And I Was Promised That The Delivey Will Be Done By 13th AUGEST. I Waited For My Order ThroughOut The Day And At 7pm When I Spoke To Flipkart's ExecUtive I Was said To Wait For The Order Till 17th Augest Without Giving Any Reason . By midnight I got a messege that u can reschedule your delivery date in which a link was also provided. I rescheduled the delivery to 15th augest. Again after waiting for the order throughout the day when i called the customer care i was told that now the delivery has been pushed to 18th augest, i even had a conversation with a senior executive at flipkart for more than 10 minutes despite that i neither got a fixed date of delivery nor a reason for the delay and also the way in which the senior executive talked to me was very disrespectful and he also hung up the call when i was talking to him.
I wanted the product for an urgent use on 13th which did not become possible and i got delayed in submitting my assignment at my college 🎓.
I am from jaipur and i study in noida and i am going back to noida on 16th of augest. Please get me the product by that time.
And how will flipkart fill the losses incured.
Please look into the matter and make sure this messege reaches to the highest level of authority at flipkart.
