Dear sir,
We had acquired loan from the bank for opening up a dairy processing unit and the bank funded us for procurement of machinery.we asked for quotation from the company and also for some videos of machinery they had built and sold in the past .the company sent a video and the machinery looked impressive and of highest standards possible so we ordered the machinery and paid them advance but now that the company is sending us some other machine which doesn't look even close to what they had promised us.Now that we have cancelled the order the respective company is avoiding us.The bank has given us a morotorium period of three months and the advance made since two months have already passed.our facility is compleate but we cannot operate without machines.therebis fear that the unit may turn bad even before starting. Need your help.
