My self Rajesh SR and my ref No is REF/HOU/MRH/0617/404459. I would like to share my serious concern with you which i have experienced with PNBHFL.

Initially i have gone through the process and i've paid the processing fee and unfortunately my application got rejected with some Cibil problem. But The bank didn't informed me about the exact problem with my cibil. when i have contacted the other bank, they informed my the interesting thing that my Pan No was linked with other Pan No who was the defaulter and he Pan No. was "WRITTEN OFF". This fact i came to know from (SBI).

I have taken this matter with CRIF and got it rectified.

Well coming to the point, initially your representative Mr Prasad ( Phone No. +917353773535) said me that my processing fee would be returned back bcz my application got rejected. but till date he is not responding to call/messages, which would demoralize one of the Nationalized bank reputation.

Iam not bothered whether my money is returned back or not. but this kind of attitude is not at all acceptable by any customers.
