Ekta Coop Housing society charges tenants every month for Festival advance , many Tenants have residted because of their financial constraints, however Ekta Coop Housing society ignore complaints ,states charges are approved in the annual General Body meeting ,even Dy registrar of society informs tenants to take legal action. Such charges are not in the Bye laws of Society
