Complaint Details
I purchased dress on 13th Aug 2017 for Rs699. Its prepaid. After 4 days, they cancelled the order without any reason. I called customer care, they lied me that seller does not have the product or damaged in transit. After complaint in email, they confirmed the reason that they cancelled due to price mismatch. It increased to Rs1199. I ordered when it was Rs699. It is not my mistake. I had seen same lower price in other site too at that time. Kindly help me to get the order.
