Complaint Details
I gave contract to Interior Trends in bhiwadi to do wooden work in the my apartment SA 036 in Essentia bhiwadi in the month of April 2017, In the first week of May 2017 i visited my home for the review of work i found following defects: 1. Both AC power plugs damaged. 2. AC power plug in left side room removed from main line. 3. No lock in locker in left side of wooden wardrobe. 4. The white ply inside the woodwork broken and of poor quality. 5. Outer ply from wood board start disintegrating from the surface in both of the wardrobe. 6. Outer ply broken several places. 7. Final product has poor finishing. 8. Iron Gate mosquito net is of poor quality and damaged. as promised by them they assured me to done all work asap but still no work is done. I have even sent 2 reminder letters but no reply received. please help. I have details of following: 1. Cheque payment details done to the firm. 2. SMS and whatsapp details sent to firm.
