Complaint Details
No it is not answered. My concern was that why i was not told before that mybl setup box will not support Channel WIN.
1. At the very first instance customer care advised my the pack where CHANNEL WIN will come. I took that pack.

2. Then customer care told me my VC is faulty and i need to buy new VC and then Channel WIN will come. I purchased new VC and still channel WIN didnt come.

3. Then cusotmer care told me mybsetup boax is not compatible and i need to upgrade to HD and i have to pay Rs.800. I agree to pay but i want you to adjust Rs.300 which i paid for new VC else you should have advised me before that this setup box is not compatible and it is better to upgrade to HD rather than purchasing new VC. This way i would have saved Rs.300.

I will further my correspond to consumer protection for resolution.
