Complaint Details
I've been trying to communicate with the customer service for nearly 1 month now. i just ported my service to airtel mobile and after porting i realised they've entered all my personal information incorrectly. including the mailing address hence i havent received my bill. also email was totally incorrect and falsified by them. i raised these issues as i wanted to pay my bill and not face and service interruptions. i've stated them for 1 month now that if my personal information is incorrect my accountant wont issue the payment, they have failed to edit the information even after resubmitting documents 2-3 times not counting 2 different bank statements and as well as credit card statement provided when switching over, inspite of that they still cannot type address correctly. this is total negligence on their end which they fail to attend to. the email address was totally made up. my email as above is praveshm@me.com they made up some gmail address. i dont even use gmail. i'm happy to pay my bill rite now however i'm unable to do anything until this information isnt corrected. please help!!!
