Complaint Details
I was a Vodafone prepaid customer for my mobile nos 9323870909
I ported out my number from Vodafone and chose jio as my prepaid service provider
Reason they were very expensive and wouldn’t offer a great prepaid service.
When Vodafone approved my port out request on the 17/08/17
I had balance remaining with them but they are refusing saying that there was no balance that is left with them .
Just because I don’t have access to to my Vodafone service I am unable to check what is the balance left and they are taking undue advantage of this situation I have spoken to a Vodafone customer care agent on 198 named tausin he said the balance gets carried forward to the new mobile prepaid service I spoke with jio with whom I am now they said the balance is not carried forward from Vodafone to jio.
I have contacted vodafone by email but they are not help full and wont refund my balance money.
