Dear Sir/madam
I have purchased a motorola mobile phone through online on June 25 2016 in amazon .in who is an authorised reseller for Motorola phones.my phone display got malfunctioned and it was under warranty and given for repair at an Motorola authorised service centre on June 16 2017.still now it has not yet repaired and they are not commiittting any time line for the service also.contacted Motorola customer service and they responded that there is no spare available at this time and not committing timeline regarding the availability of the spare also.
Requesting you to take necessary action against Motorola mobility India regarding the negligence of service support and help me to resolve this issue
