I was using services of Reliance CDMA dongle bearing number 9352295825 since 2015. I used the services till June and due to poor performance I decided to terminate the services. I cleared all my dues and wrote to RCom to terminate the services via email on 17 July 2016. I sent several email reminders but there was no response. After escalating the case through a local Reliance store nearby I received an email on 24 Aug 2016 that my connection has been terminated and billing issues have been addressed. Despite that Reliance kept on sending me bills. They have sent me legal notices to pay the dues and their employees claiming to be lawyers call me and threaten me. Yesterday I received another fake legal notice from them. They are mailing me at 2:15 pm to come to a resolution camp on the same day that will be over at 6 pm. The contact number given is of customer care in Pune. The fake lawyer name firm is also used universally for all over India. I tried several times to call on the number provided in the fake legal notice. The person didn't pick the phone. Reliance Comm is harassing and threatening me for an issue which doesn't exist. Even after their own acknowledgement they are demanding payment from me.
