Complaint Details
I had order a book titled Professional's Intellectual Property Laws Manual with order ID 5350 and paid the money usinde debit card. The terms of the contract where that in case of pre-paid order it shall be delivered in 3-5 days. I had ordered it on 12 August 2017 howver delivery did not happen. Upon mailing back to the company they mailed me back saying either a refund can be made or the delivery reattempted on 28 August. I requested them for a redelievery and a compensation for my loss. An agent of theirs then called me on the phone and talked to me rudely. Right after this they send a mail saying that the order ha been refunded. I neither have gotten the money I paid, nor do I have the book, when I categorically conveyed that I do not want a refund, and that a copy of hte book was needed. I m looking for the council to get the company to send me a copy of the book as soon as possible along with compensation of the trauma I have undergone, my monetary and emotional loss all due to the height of irresponsibility from their side who had not intimated me of any of the details in time.
