HDFC LIFE ISSUED ME A LIFE INSURANCE POLICY NAMED UDAY ONLINE THROUGH TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION AGAINST MY CREDIT CARD . BUT NOW DUE TO SOME ECONOMICAL PROBLEM I WANT TO CLOSE THE SAME POLICY WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ISSUE . I CONTACTED TO HDFC LIFE CCE BUT THEY SAID IT WILL BE CANCELLED ONLY BY GOING NEAREST HDFC LIFE BRANCH . NOW I DONT HAVE ANY BRANCH NEAR TO ME I HAVE TO GO 90 KM FOR THIS. WHEN THEY CAN ISSUE ONLINE THEN WHY THEY CANT CANCELL ONLINE ..THEY ARE CHEATING THE CUSTOMER..PLZZ HELP ME..
