Complaint Details
I am trying to buy "BOAT BASSHEADS 220 IN EAR HEADPHONES" since 19 August from AMAZON.IN , the order is getting successfully placed and it gets shipped but as it reaches in hand of AMAZON TRANSPORTATION SERVICES , they email me that I refused the product at the time of delivery and it gets returned to the seller. It's not the fault of seller , not the fault of Amazon , its a complete fault of their transportation services. So I talked to the CS of Amazon they apologized and told me to reorder. When I reordered the SAME THING happened again. I again talked to CS they told me to order third time. But I didn't order it third time. They are fooling customers. Each time I was present at the house and my phone was on. Second time they gave me phone number of delivery boy (9038033615) , but the number was wrong , then I argued with them that how they can do like this , they told that the number is correct there must be a network problem , but I tried 1000 times the number was completely incorrect. My orders numbers are 403-0267848-7802704 ,, 403-1139475-5313912 , I have also attached a copy of call recording with the customer service of Amazon in which he is telling that both the times the products were damaged.
