Complaint Details
the first time our satellite dish stopped working , we paid full amount for the repair . it worked fine for a few days , but the same problem occured again . Once again we paid the full amount and it began working . However after a month it again stopped working . When we refused to pay for the repair again they deducted the fees from our monthly subscription charge . The next time onwards , as soon as we'd recharge the TV , the tv would conk off and say satellite was broken .
We feel exploited by this dishonest company and their crooked means .
please look into it . Awaiting your assistance .
