On 24/08/2017 (02:11PM) message received on my Aircel no 9804270966 stating that 'thanks for subscribing to limitless music at Rs 30 for 15 days validity...........'. It was deactivated by your customer care executive available at that time 04:17PM named Biswanath on my request but refused to refund the money deducted. It is requested to resolve the matter at appropriate level and money may be refunded back. It is further requested to stop unnecessary call at regular interval (10 to 15 times in a day) from your system i.e 91140061......... and automatic subscription to VAS.
