Sir, I have purchased new Philips mixer grinder on 03.08.2017 vide item index No.021135L of Rs.2978.43/- from CSD canteen, Rajaji Marg, New Delhi wherein two middle jar and a small jar in the packed container instead of big, middle and small jar. However, the lids of three jars are available i.e big, middle and small. In this connection, I lodged a complaint with Philips India Ltd. on 04.08.2017 (Complaint No. 600007269165). Subsequently, their technician has visited the complaint, he take some photographs of the jar with mixer grinder & Bills. He assured us that my problem is genuine, soon it will be changed with big Jar within a week. After one week, I was informed that I have to buy a new big jar from the Company. On 25.08.2017, I made a complaint again through e-mail (Complaint No. 60-0007523103 & File No. WO 160-0007523103). I was informed by Philips India Ltd. (through landline No. 42486669) that their technician would contact me soon, but nobody has visited so far meanwhile I was informed that there is no provision for changing the extra middle jar with the big one and I have to buy a new big jar from the Company.
Inspite of various telephonic conversations with Philips India Ltd. customer care center, my complaint has not been resolved so far. I am the one who is suffering for the silly mistake of Philips India Ltd.
