Complaint Details
I Had booked Delhi Singapore return Flight through Paytm on 22 January 2017. Ticket was of Singapore Airlines and it costed me around 57K INR. Paytm sent me ticket booking conformation mail (pics attached). But when one day before the travel date I tried to do web Check In, Ticket info was not available on Singapore Airline's website. I called Paytm and their CCE lied to me by saying ticket is booked and there is problem with Singapore Airline website. CCE even gave me fake e Tkt number. Later Singapore Airlines confirmed that Paytm never booked ticket on my name. When Paytm's repeatitive lie was exposed, they provided me,At the last moment, Air India Ticket. I had no other option to take it but Air India's horrible experience was the reason that my old mother got sick after reaching Singapore. I want to sue Paytm for constantly telling Lie, taking money and mailing forged ticket details, the trauma I had to go Through right before the travel and for The suffrring of my old mother.
