My self Mr. Sandeep Chavan and would like to register complaint against " Matrixrage ".

Brief / Details :
I had ordered "Solo Pump Rugby Bluetooth Speaker" on 14th July 2017 [ copy attached as Annexure 'A' ]. On the same day i received order received email from 'support@matrixrage.com' [ copy attached as Annexure 'B' ].
On the date of 8th August 2017, i received another email from 'support@matrixrage.com' mentioning
[ Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for placing an order with us .Your order is received and is in process. As per our standard procedure you should be receiving your product within 21 working days
from the date of order placed.
Incase you have any queries please write to our customer care id: contact@matrixrage.com and we shall get back to you as soon as possible.

Today on 1st Sept 2017, even after 50 Days by placing order I have not received my product yet from concern company.

Please take necessary action against concern company for delaying my said order.
