Hi Sir,

I have sent the below mail to make my trip on 28th August.Kindly review this sir.

As everyone know there was an emergency happened due to baba on 25th August due to which my bus (NU29041991135200) has been cancelled by the service provider for Delhi- Dharamsala.

Secondly as my bus for Dharamsala was already cancelled , then it was not possible for me to board returning bus (NU29041991139692 ).

Henceforth , Please process my complete refund for the both trip ASAP.

This has been 6 days but I am always getting mail from makemytrip that my case will be resolved in 24 hours and the funny part is that they close my case also by sending this reply. This is thirt time I have re-opened my request.

Secondly , I spoke to makemy trip agent asked for the TAT but he clearly said that he cant provide me a TAT. What an unprofessional behavior.??

When this was a clear case and the trouble happened due to Ram Rahim , then why so much delay?
I request you to kindly intervene here sir.
