My washing machine was vibrating so I register a complaint, They have charged 6000 and got it fixed in 2-3 days but when they returned the machine it was not working properly so I again register a complaint, They took the machine to the service center again and got it fixed, however, the back cover was either "Interchanged" or they have broken the back cover so I register one more complaint and the representative told me that they have sent an email to the service agency and they will follow up within 24hr. After 36hrs when no body came in so I called again and the representative told me NO complaint regarding back cover was registered so he register one more complain and told me that he has sent the email to the service agency and it will take 24hrs.. after 24hrs I called again because no one came from the service agency so they told me that an urgent email sent and they will come within 12hr.. but no body came.. so I called next day but they said they are going to send one more email and also give me the number of the agency supervisor. So called the agency and they told me that someone will visit today.. but no body visited and I called up again they said someone will visit today but no body visited.. so I called the Whirlpool representative and asked to speak to supervisor as I have already wasted more than 5 days with no result so they told me a supervisor will give a call back.. but it's been 6 days I'm waiting for a supervisor to call back.. and get a solution to my complaint which I have registered 11 11 days ago..
I've all the call recordings of the conversation I had with every agent.

Please resolve my issue
