Complaint Details
I had approached Abhinav for my migration requirements and agreed on the services which were later confirmed through an email. I had requested them to share the contract which they refused and advised me to make the payment. I was then forced to make the payment and they had shared the contract. I had mentioned that certain terms are not acceptable, which should be changed. Even the agreed items through the email were not added. I had then informed that I am not willing to sign the contract and requested for the full refund. They claimed that they can only return 50% which I had refused and mentioned to make the full refund before 10 Sep 2017. Please find attached documents showing the email communication and my complaint details. I am wondering that they are doing the same to others and there are multiple complaints on the public forums. My intention is that they should not do it again to another client as they are doing day time robbery and if possible, the agency should be closed as they don't have any ethics and they are just stealing money from general public.
