Complaint Details
After receiving the shoes on 11th July, i was on business tours and busy in some personal issues hence couldn't try these. i tried these on 16th or 17th Aug and found uncomfortable as its embossed from one side (more in right leg shoe from left inside). i thought it might be usual but when i cross checked with my colleagues and also a couple of branded foot ware shops dealing in sports shoes, i came to know that its a defect. I den raised a complaint and sent mail from my registered id on 18th Aug. itself. i want to share a few pics, pls. advise how. pls. ressolve it on priority. It seems that a pile of cotton or cloth is placed inside the shoe (how it feels on my foot). my complain was addressed by - Sarita, Rajini who denied this to be a defect and declined for replacement or refund.
