Hi,

I had made a booking on July 29 for a hotel in Paris (Sep 13-Sep 20) which was shown as fully refundable at the time of booking on the mobile app. Attached is the screenshot. However, when the invoice was generated after I completed the payment, it showed non-refundable. I immediately called customer service center in 2 minutes and asked for cancellation (with full refund) and sent them screenshots (since my trip was tentative) upon their request.

They agreed that there has been a technical error on the app.

However, since July 29 till date I have been calling them and writing to them but I have not received any response from the team.

I am extremely frustrated by the level of service. I want my full refund on an immediate basis. Make my trip has misrepresented and has played with the faith of the customer.

I want a refund of this amount of INR 36,000 along with penalty and interest.
