Complaint Details
- Date of Incident: 22nd Sept, 2017 to date

- Description: After buying the One year Contract, which stated 3 more Services with any part replacements, No one returned even after 6 months and several complaint calls. There is no response other than will come tomorrow, but no one turns up. The purifier has currently stopped working and there is still no one to show up for the Servicing and part replacements. This has continued for the past 15 days or so and still going. There is no proper response and don't seem interested in replacing the parts.
