Hello Team,
i have raised a complaint SR00000CLH6G with the JIO Care stating the service is not working as expected. There are drop in network, Voice calls are not working and data is also too slow which is almost not usable. Care team has confirmed that they don't have tower in this area and have to wait for 90 days and every time they are changing the dates.
I have being requesting to have solution implemented or return my recharged money but Care Team and Applleate Team are not taking any active steps to resolve the complaint.
