Complaint Details
I have booked International hotel with MMT in which I should get cashback in Citibank credit card after 60 days Booking ID: NH2003456470920. After 60 days I called customer care and they told you have not applied promo code.
I told I have applied promocode then they told please mail snapshot of booking page. As I believed on mmt, I have not saved it. The same thing they have done with my friend but He knew about mmt so he saved promo code page and he mailed to mmt customer care. As 99 percent customer believe on the sites like mmt, they dont save the page. These type of cheating Technics may give short term benefit but in long term it affects the business a lot. Today I have read that it is so cheater company that FIR also lodged against them.
