Complaint Details
Hello i took a lg refrigerator in the month on November 2016 .On the first month of purchase the gas was leaked and we call an engineer from lg co to get it fixed again in the span of 2 months the same problem persist which was again fixed then then suddenly water started leaking again the engineer came and fix it after one week thr same problem persist and its been more then a month we have been calling lg co to get it fixed and now even the colour of the refrigerator is fading it seems like they hv given us an old product and we have been calling them for replacement but no one bothered they kept on saying sorry and giving us the date of engineer and we even spoke to their superior prashant patel still no one is bothered to even give a call back and keep giving their apologiesand false sympathy.
