Hi,
This is Dinesh from Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. I bought an iPhone 6 from Grover Brothers, Opposite Bus Stand Kangra (HP) for Rs. 28000 on 12th may, 2017. It was ok until 5th June when it suddenly went off and did not turn on after that. I was out of country and came back to India on 22nd July. Since the phone was in warranty period, I gave it to Grover Brothers, where I purchased to repair it and replace it. They took and told me that they will send it to service center. since that day I am not having any information about my phone and no one including shopkeeper and Apple service center responding me with some valid information. They are just saying that you will get back your phone next week and they are saying this since 1st week of August.
Would you please you please help me solve my issue. I would like to have a new handset or my money back with 20% interest on money I spent. Or other wise I would go to consumer court to sue the company for faulty phone and mental harassment. Please advise.
