Complaint Details
I already intimated har (Hotel aum regency) regarding my refund of void sale payment that i made on 16th dec 2016 at hotel. You wrongly billed me and i had asked for reimbursement (Amt inr 7926.11). You had given me an void sale slip (Pls ref the attached void sale receipt ref. Pos/e-pos/1655750261/hotel aum regency/vadodara).

But i got notification from my bank kvb, thirunagar, madurai on 29 april 2017 that the hotel aum regency claimed back the void sale rs inr 7926.11.

I have intimated to your hotel many times about the refund but you have not refunded the void sale payment rs 7926.11 till date.
