Complaint Details
I had placed an order on Zopnow (order ref: 20499817). Company is giving promo offers to attract consumers to buy via their site. At the day of delivery they fraudulently cancelled my order & not refunding my money. I have been following up over mails, phone as well as social media. They are not at all responding. It seems to be a fraud company as I saw various other customers on twitter cheated by this company. There is no reason for them to keep my money with them. Kindly help to resolve it.
