My name is Sriganesh. I have applied for balance transfer and top loan at PNB two months ago but it has not been processed and approved. Hence I had asked for refunded of processing fee but no response received from Krishnamurthy and PNB Bank. Suddenly someone from customer care called me and told they will refund the full amount and asked me to provide the reference numbers of application and cancelled cheque so that they can refund the full amount. For your Reference below are the applications no, ref/hou/ban/0717/407506 & ref/nhl/ban/0717/407819. Now they have only refund the amount of 6500INR Rs and when I mailed them for asking remaining amount, they have now again mailing with different reason and changed the topic and also I am noting it that each teams are giving different reason every time when I follow-up and I have been cheated from them. I am following with Krishnamurthy MR for processing fee refund but he is not updating me even after several reminders. Please help me to get the amount back from him.

I would like to file a case against to PNB bank on the same to get my money back.

Total Amount taken for this is 11450/- INR Rupees
