Complaint Details
I have paid for a premium membership with Sony LIV app. I paid through their app via my credit card. The only way to cancel the subscription is to email them at customersupport@setindia.com. Despite sending several emails to cancel my subscription days before the renewal date, they have not provided any response and renewed my subscription without my consent. The subscription renewal date is 14th of every month. Please look into this and take appropriate actions.
