Complaint Details
I have purchased Parle Monaco regular 75 gm. Export Quality, on 23 rd August, 2017. ( Receipt is available)

On 8 th September, 2017, I opened one packed, I noticed & found " Defective " Monaco biscuit. A foreign material is embedded in the biscuit.

Code No. is NOT visible & readable.

Is wrapper printer approved by CB, AB, and ISO: 22000 & FSSC: 22000?

It is for information and necessary action.

I have already forwarded my complaints to :

2) Certification Body : DNV-GL Business Assurance India, Mumbai
3) Accreditation Body: Dutch Accreditation Council
4) Foundation Organization ISO:22000
