Ad Ref. ID-297101565. "Purchased Ekbote Glass Top Dinning Table" Online dated 21.08.2017. I made inquiry to seller about the dining table. Seller assured features are same as in the AD. Payment was made through SBI net banking facility to Quikr. The dining table was picked up from the seller. Delivery was scheduled by Quikr on 29.08.17. The Item was not delivered on 29.08.17. On 31.08.17, on being asked Quikr person told they would cancel this deal as the material is Fragile and on further inquiry, they told that GATI (their logistic partner) is refusing to ship the item.

After 25 days & numerous mails also my item has not being delivered and is still in their hub.

I want my item delivered safe & sound.

Anything less than this would be "Deficiency in service" on Quikrs part.
