Sir, I am a crossroads member and have been using the service for 3 of my vehicles. One car and two scooters.I have been denied of the service twice inspite of being the customer. I have filed several complaints with their customer care and still there's no response. I also told them about filling a compliant with consumer court, still no help. Please look into this matter.
