Major issue - There are some white patches that have cropped up on the front door, as if the paint is peeling off and Its just been 10-12 days since we have purchased the product. Not sure if we were delieverd a new model or some patched up refrigerator. On checking with the supplier they mentioned that its a new product and its a production defect for which LG is responsbile. Please refer attachment namely - 'Defect' to see the screenshot of patches.

Secondary issue - While delivering it was noticed all LG refrigerators bear the unit consumption and model details on the front door but ours did not have. Again quetions arise on whether this is a refurbished product or a new one.

LG Customer care issue - 2 complaints have been logged - RNP170916045758 and RNP 170913037781. No action taken. Moreover, I tried reaching out to LG Customer care support and they gave the number of Harsha enterprises and another number belonging to Mr Vinod. The number always seems to be in out of coverage area or when it connects nobody picks up on the their end.
