Complaint Details
I had lodged a complaint on 7th september 2017 bearing complaint no-4938690 regarding modem offline but no one attended it till 16th september but the modem became online somehow.But it went off again yesterday (just after one day of being corrected).So basically in 11 days (i.e from 7th september to 18 th september) I am able to use Net only for 1 day.I also paid the advance bill bill for september without any delay.So I am done with my patience and the worst service that ortel provides.
