Hello,

I purchased bulk 5 lakh SMS service from online website – www.itfisms.com at starting in trial version SMS deliver on the 4-5 number but when we send regular SMS campaign no SMS was delivered on any number and even no proper result shows in dashboard. When I complained to their customer care number, every time different person lifts the call and they give various reasons every time. When I demanded refund from them, they started ignoring and now they don’t pick my call nor reply any email. If I call from the different number they pick up my call assuming new customer but when I tell them my problem they immediately cut the phone and they are not receiving next time.

This company (ITFISMS) is totally a Fraud company. I am not the only person who got cheated by this company. I know some other people who got cheated. Even if you search on google ‘ITFI SMS’ you will get online complains against them.

Please take a strict action against them.
