i purchase bike from mumbaikaa motors where i ask and paid for zero depth insurance but he cheated and gave me comprehensive insurance.On 4May'17 my dad meet an accident in that process i got to know that i got cheat, on that i warn about consumer court so he lots of promises but dint fullfill any I'm attaching doc please find it kindly
