Hello Sir/Madam, my complaint no. with Morphy Richard's is 12498209. It has been 30 days since I registered this complaint and no one has resolved it yet. Finally I'm forced to get the Morphy Richard's microwave repaired through a private agency and pay for it even though this microwave is under warranty. I've contacted Morphy Richard's innumerable times through phone, email as well as social media and they have always asked for 24 hours more and then nothing has happened. I would like to take stern action against this company.
I would also like to inform you that a technician had called up (with number +918779693452) who claimed that he will come in 24 hours. However no one has showed up till date and I received a message that my complain has been resolved even though nothing such has happened. I reopened the complaint with them and now its been 15 days. again. It has caused me immense frustration besides all the inconvenience of bearing a non-functioning product. Please take action Sir. Thank You.
