Complaint Details
Mahindra & Mahindra in its Television Commercial Advertisement for its TUV 300 has clearly violated the traffic norms by showing that the vehicle can be driven on a wide staircase which is a part of a stunt thereby putting aside safety norms of driving.

Apart from flouting the norms the advertisement can have a wrong impact especially on Young India for stunts.
Death of innocent people due to Rash & Drunk driving are causing lot of problems. Advertisement showing disrespect to its very own product norms and misguiding its users are serious flaws.

The said advertisement should be stopped with immediate effect and should aired only after necessary editing.

Strict action for flouting of norms and misguiding & provoking the consumer for wrong usage should also be taken at the earliest.
