Complaint Details
I purchased shoes online from Amazon vide Order # 406-7271005-0185103 dt Aug 08, 2017 & invoice # QNHM-889 and opted for cash on delivery. The product was delivered to me and cash was paid on delivery. Later I decided o return the shoes and arranged for pick up. The pick up was scheduled and the shoe go picked up bit a receipt was not given. Later on finding that the amount hasn't got credited in my account I decided to follow up with Amazon. I was told by Amazon that the delivery f shoe doesnt reflect in their system so refund cannot be processed. Now if delivery is not reflecting in Amazon system then he come I have an invoice and the shoe box with me. Amazon is refusing to refund my money after regular follow up and I as a customer feel cheated. Can you please intervene and sort this matter.
