I placed the order in May. I live in Kasganj. I had to give the delivery address as my uncle's address(Aligarh) because at my address(Kasganj-207123)delivery was not available. When my Uncle received it, I picked the product and took it to my home in Kasganj.
I opened it and found it damaged. So I raised return request. It was accepted. In my conversation with Paytm, I gave the pick up address as my address(i.e. Kasganj). But the courier boy repeatedly came to my uncle' address(i.e. Aligarh). I told my uncle to take his phone number whenever he comes again. I then telephoned him and told him to come to my current location Kasganj. I once more emailed Paytm this concern.
In its response, Paytm asked me to ship the product back to the seller myself on 9th of June. I shipped it on 10th of June(see the courier slip). On 13th of June I saw that return status of the product on Paytm Mall was ' return rejected '. I got worried. I then tracked the courier. It was in the way to me back. I was like WHY. I got the product back but was totally worried and exclaimed. I again asked Paytm to process the return request, but Paytm never processed it again. Paytm even flagged my account.
I never wanted to hurt Paytm as a company. I never wanted to take over-advantage of Paytm. I have loved Paytm the most. I use Paytm on the regular basis. I have trusted Paytm merchant.
Please process my return request as my account has been unflagged and made normal recently.
