I want to cancel my policy No.: 19512225 , as it has been given to me, by one fraud Company Future Capital Ltd, as they commit me that the will provide me loan again the policy amount as they commit me that they work with the HDFC Life, and i want to ask how they have taken the HDFC blank form from bank and make my account open by HDFC Life Insurance , I want to that to take stick action again them and cancel my policy, as they have commit to me that you will get 30 days to cancel the policy and they will provide me loan in 20 days and you have 10 remaining days to cancel the policy, but when i call to HDFC they are deadened to cancel the policy and when I made a first call to customer care after the 2 day of policy they commit me that you have 30 days to cancel the policy after checking my policy details.
